LONDON WALL PLACE, CITY OF LONDON
New build inner city commercial scheme.
Multiplex were the contractor on this prestigious £220m development that provides over 500,000 square feet of office space across two buildings together with a new public realm space that includes a network of elevated pedestrian walkways, the protected remains of St Alphage church and a preserved section of the original London Wall.
2015 RUGBY WORLD CUP
Twickenham Stadium.
England 2015 were the organising committee for the entire tournament. At Twickenham the Venues and Infrastructure team managed the the planning, procurement, overlay install, games time maintenance and reinstatement of the venue, the external fan areas and the seven satellite sites.
LONDON 2012 OLYMPIC GAMES
65 non-competition venues.
ISG acted as the construction management provider to LOCOG for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The non-competition cluster was responsible for the planning, procurement, overlay install, games time maintenance, transition works and reinstatement of the 65 non-competition venues.
WESTFIELD WHITE CITY
45 acre inner city shopping centre.
Throughout its construction this was the largest urban shopping development in Europe. The Westfield construction team were responsible for the successful delivery of this £1.2b scheme through completion and centre opening.
HILTON TOWER BRIDGE
245 room 4 star hotel for the Hilton group.
Bovis Lend Lease were responsible for managing the construction of this signature hotel from procurement, construction and completion to the operational opening. The hotel construction was concurrent with the ongoing development of the More London precinct and required careful coordination with adjoining projects and the site infrastructure.
